Recently moved to North Carolina from Upstate NY where I was a Realtor for 14 years. I got licensed in NC since February 2025. Currently I’m a Buyer’s Agent, since I’m new in the area. However, I had one listing so far and it was sold within 2 months for 100% asking price. I sold another property to the seller elsewhere as well. I love North Carolina for the mild weather and affordable housing with low property taxes!
