Ree Zerafa, Realtor | Traverse City, MI

About

I grew up in Traverse City and have always had a passion for real estate. After a successful career in hi-tech sales and operations that took me all over the country, I returned home in 2018 and transitioned into residential real estate. Today, I work with a boutique brokerage that focuses on providing an exceptional client experience — because real estate is all about you. I take pride in being highly responsive, results-driven, and committed to making the process of buying or selling as smooth as possible, whether you’re looking for a primary home, second home, or investment property. Alongside my professional career, I am actively involved in the real estate community, currently serving as the 1st Vice President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Northern Michigan (2024–2025) and Home Tour Director for 2025–2026. I hold several certifications and designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Professional Management Network (PMN), GREEN, Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). I am also a proud member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Michigan Association of Realtors (MAR), Aspire North Realtors, and the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR). Beyond real estate, I am deeply passionate about animal welfare, having served as Volunteer Medical Director for Big Dogs Huge Paws in Denver, Adoption Director for Safe Harbor Lab Rescue, and foster parent to over 300 dogs. I would be honored to earn your trust and help you find the perfect home or investment opportunity here in Northern Michigan.
