Having lived in Colorado, Minnesota, Nevada, Washington, and now South Carolina, I understand firsthand what it’s like to relocate, start fresh, and search for the place that truly feels like HOME. After experiencing so much of the country, my family found exactly what we were looking for here in the Upstate. The natural beauty, friendly communities, sparkling lakes, and slower pace of life nestled at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains make this area feel like a hidden gem — and I love helping others discover it too.

Before real estate, I spent several years coordinating children’s programs at our church while raising my kids and growing our own real estate investments. I bought my first fixer-upper at 21 and have managed rental and short-term properties with passion ever since. That experience shaped the way I approach business today: with patience, honesty, communication, and a genuine desire to help people feel supported. My clients appreciate that I’m approachable, hardworking, responsive, and never pushy. I believe real estate should feel exciting, informed, and personal — not overwhelming.
