Roy Padilla entered the industry in 2004 as a home mortgage loan originator. After several years in lending Roy transitioned to processing of home mortgage loans for a large national bank. Roy transitioned in 2019 to become a licensed Real Estate Agent. Based on overall experience in the mortgage industry Roy has a well rounded understanding of the entire home buying/selling process.
