She holds a bachelor’s degree in Horticulture and a master’s degree in Adult and Higher Education from Morehead State University, reflecting her appreciation for growth—whether it’s helping plants thrive, guiding people in learning, or supporting clients in finding the perfect place to call home. Outside of real estate, Charlotte leads a vibrant, hands-on lifestyle on her farm, raising sheep, chickens, dogs, and a beloved horse. She also enjoys creating homemade soaps, body lotions, and herbal salves inspired by nature and her garden.
