I have lived in Kenora for the majority of my life, moving to the town with my family at the age of eight in the 1960s. I attended Pinecrest, Evergreen, and Beaver Brae schools and then studied Electronic Technology at Red River. Then, I took electronic technician positions at the Winnipeg and Kenora airports, 18 months at three weather stations in the High Arctic, and at TV Ontario, and CJBN TV in Kenora at which point the owner of CJBN decided to close the station. It was at that point that I chose to study and become registered as a Real Estate Agent in 2018
