Grit, persistence and obstinacy are words that greatly describe my ambition as a real estate professional. I have been in the real estate industry since I was nineteen years old working in maintaining properties. My early years of property management taught me much about the constant client-agent communication and relationship. The fiduciary duty of obedience, care, honesty, loyalty and confidentiality are core values to me. In order to do so you really need to be informed in the effects of the micro markets. The learning curve of how to better cater and communicate with clients is ever evolving along with the real estate market.
Being fluent in four languages, having lived in three foreign countries and the thorough care that I have towards my clients has gotten me to close hundreds of deals. With my tough negotiating skills I will assure a smooth transaction. I currently specialize in residential and multi-family sale and lease however I have some years of commercial leasing experience.
